January 2019 Sequoia Market Update
2018 was a big year for Sequoia Realty Corp. We finished the year with a record breaking 68 total transactions and 25 of them were sales. One of our biggest sales closed just a couple weeks ago, a multi-tenant industrial complex on Center/Hart St. in Mentor, OH.
