Patrick Dowd's 1 Year Anniversary with Sequoia Realty

On day 1, Patrick came into the Sequoia Realty office with a go get 'em attitude and 1 year later, that hasn't changed.

Shortly after starting with Sequoia Realty Corp., Patrick went to work and signed a $2.9 million listing. Today, he has that $2.9 million listing under contract!

Since his first listing, he's acquired 20 additional listings totaling close to $7 million. But listing commercial properties isn't the only thing he's excelled at. Only 2 months after working with Sequoia Realty, he was able to complete his first sale transaction and over the year he has been involved in 19 closed deals. He isn't planning on slowing down anytime soon either. Currently he has 3 deals under purchase agreement and 10 additional deals in process!
