Patrick Dowd Joins Sequoia Realty Corp. 
 Sequoia Realty Corp. would like to give a grand welcome to our newest agent, Patrick Dowd. 
Patrick
 has only been with Sequoia Realty for a few months but he's already 
shown what a great asset he will be to the Sequoia Realty team.  Since 
being here, he's closed on 2 sales, 3 leases, gained $4,000,000 in new 
listings and has many other deals in process.
Before
 starting with Sequoia, Patrick spent over 30 years in the Fresh 
Commodities business where he successfully traded, marketed and 
transported fresh perishable commodities for a Fortune 200 publicly 
traded company. His years of experience and success in this highly 
competitive industry now bring those skills to the Real Estate business 
with a heightened sense of urgency and communication.  He's always had a
 passion for Real Estate and has been a licensee, investor and financier
 in Northeast Ohio for over 20 years. 
Patrick
 was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has resided with his wife 
and 3 sons in Lake County for the last 20+ years. He's served on the 
board of the Big Brothers Big Sister of NE Ohio and continues to serve 
as a mentor in the program to help at risk youth.   Every Monday he 
spends his evening at St. Malachi in Cleveland helping to feed a hot 
meal to an average of 300 people that are homeless or in need.   On his 
down time, he enjoys working on his Tetsudokan Japanese Jujitsu skills 
and holds a rank of 2nd degree brown belt.
